Interim terms

Public terms before formal pilot agreements.

This page keeps the public site clear while Percolation is shaped through product design partner work. Formal agreements govern actual pilots, production use, data, security, and commercial obligations.

Interim public terms

These terms are an interim notice for the public website. They do not replace a signed product design partner, pilot, commercial, data processing, security, or production agreement.

No self-serve production access

The public site does not grant permission to use Percolation in production, submit confidential operational data, or rely on outputs for regulated decisions. Production access requires a written agreement.

Simulation outputs

PEI outputs are decision-support artifacts intended to compare assumptions, pathways, interventions, and tradeoffs. They are not legal, financial, insurance, investment, public policy, or emergency advice.

Design partner conversations

Submitting the product design partner form starts a conversation. It does not create exclusivity, a service commitment, platform access, or permission to disclose third-party confidential information.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

The Percolation name, PEI methodology presentation, product surfaces, copy, visuals, and related materials remain owned by knew or their respective licensors. Do not scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or present the system as your own.
